In-home or on-site help for PCs, Macs, Wi‑Fi, printers, setup, troubleshooting, tune-ups, and guidance.
At launch, we accept all electronics and related items. Schedule a drop-off or pickup appointment within our service area.

Tech appointments are booked in fixed 2-hour blocks. If more time is needed, a second block may be scheduled.
Recycling is within 25 miles of York Rd & Wiley Dr with no travel fees. Tech travel fees (if any) are calculated at booking.
Tech service: Parts are not included. Results can depend on device condition and software limitations. We do not assist with bypassing passwords or security protections.
Recycling: Launch phase acceptance is broad. Over time, acceptance may be updated based on safety, handling, and processing requirements.
